Dr. Zachary Hermes, MD, MBA, MPH, JM
Title: Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Zachary Hermes

Zach is the founder and inspiration behind Odessa Health. He brings over a decade of experience in care redesign, community-based care models, digital transformation, and Medicaid policy and delivery innovation. He has dedicated his career to building systems that address health inequities and practices medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Codman Square Health Center. He obtained his MD at Emory University School of Medicine, and also has an MBA from Harvard Business School, MPH from Emory-Rollins School of Public Health, and a JM/LLM from Emory School of Law.

Dr. Jasmyne Jackson

Title: Lead Physician & Director of Community Health Operations

Dr. Jasmyne Jackson

Jasmyne is a pediatrician who focuses on the intersection of equity and innovation to ensure every child can reach their intrinsic greatness. She has over a decade of experience in community health program development, implementation and evaluation. With past roles in school-based health, quality improvement, Medicaid and managed care strategy, and curriculum development, she has a multifaceted skill set for improving the holistic wellbeing of our youth.

Michael Holliday

Mike is a teacher, counselor, and education policy expert who is driven by a mission to improve education and health equity. He has worked closely with students and families throughout his career and provides a depth of insight as to what it takes to meaningfully engage and earn the trust of the families we serve. He has a rich professional network in education policy spanning state, regional, and national influencers.
